By purchasing any course, service, subscription, or digital product from English Therapy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

### No Refund Policy

All payments made to English Therapy are final and non-refundable. Refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances after successful payment and course access.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Change of mind

* Wrong purchase by the user

* Lack of time or personal reasons

* Failure to attend classes

* Internet/device-related issues from the user’s side

* Partial or full course completion

### Course Responsibility

Learners are advised to review all course details, pricing, duration, and class format before making payment. Completing payment confirms acceptance of all policies and terms.

### Technical Issues

In case of any technical issue from the English Therapy platform, our support team will provide reasonable assistance to resolve the issue. However, such issues shall not make the user eligible for any refund.

English Therapy থেকে যেকোনো কোর্স, সার্ভিস, সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয়ের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

### নো-রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

English Therapy-তে করা সকল পেমেন্ট চূড়ান্ত এবং ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন ও কোর্স অ্যাক্সেস পাওয়ার পর কোনো অবস্থাতেই রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।

এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত, তবে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়:

* মত পরিবর্তন

* ভুল কোর্স ক্রয়

* ব্যক্তিগত বা সময়জনিত সমস্যা

* ক্লাসে অনুপস্থিতি

* ব্যবহারকারীর ইন্টারনেট বা ডিভাইস সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা

* আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ কোর্স সম্পন্ন করা

### কোর্স সংক্রান্ত দায়িত্ব

পেমেন্ট করার পূর্বে শিক্ষার্থীদের কোর্সের বিস্তারিত তথ্য, মূল্য, সময়কাল ও ক্লাস ফরম্যাট যাচাই করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে সকল নীতিমালা ও শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে বলে গণ্য হবে।

### টেকনিক্যাল সহায়তা

প্ল্যাটফর্মজনিত কোনো টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা হলে English Therapy প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা প্রদান করবে। তবে এ ধরনের সমস্যার কারণে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

### কর্তৃপক্ষের অধিকার

English Therapy যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই এই নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
